"The point is to renew our relationship with YHWH"

&& that is exactly what TRUE repentance does. It turns us back from the fleshly- sinful ways we had before and points us back toward YHWH- toward the example of Yeshua.

Im not sure about you-though im willing to bet we are on the same page here- I don't want to lose my soul chasing after things that don't lead me to The Father.

I'm not losing my soul being Luke warm.

I'm not losing my soul thinking "im not hurting anyone by..."

I'm not losing my soul trying to force a gray area in a world that is CLEARLY black and white.

This episode was HARD. we struggled to study this. we struggled to share this. we struggle now to post it. Knowing that toes are being stepped on does not sit easily in our lap- but the goal for this podcast is to help us ALL learn to study His word and discern the meaning He has for us. As well as applying it to our day to day life.

So let this mirror stand. Let it be in front of you to show you the areas you have made allowances. Then repent and turn away, friend.

Remember: David defeated Goliath but lost to Bathsheba. Our real giants are the desires we have not killed yet.

What about Eve?

Are there any mistakes in your past that you’ve inadvertently folded into your identity?

When we are so full on the junk of this world- we have no room for the meat.

&& if you are anything like us- you want to be free from the sugary cavities of the world and be fully immersed in the pot roast that is YHWH's Word!

Leaving the milk- leaving the sugar of the world- is hard though. We will never deny that. We will never make light of that either. It is a choice- and undertaking- that requires determination. Being determined to live with YHWH as the focus- to live as Yeshua lived- is the only way you can continue on this path. Because when you are determined to be as Yeshua was, you will be turning to YHWH in prayer. In the silent corners of your day you will be Turing to The Most High for guidance- for illumination- for wisdom- for discernment.

Then and only then can you put the enemy under your foot in Yeshua's mighty name.
