As a Hip-Hop and R&B lover, I find it interesting when generations battle amongst themselves about the evolution of music. Has the music from the 90s and early 2000s died out? Is the New Generation music of R&B and Hip-Hop today better? And, How is it affecting our youth today? For better or worse, it is clearly a topic that could go on forever, but here are my thoughts. PTSD is a serious mental health that effects over 70% of the worlds population. It can lead to severe conditions if left untreated or if you simply do not seek help. Whether it is spiritually or through a therapist one thing is certain. It is not something to be taken lightly. Here is a brief story of mine as well as some information that may be of value to all of you listeners.

Here I decided to talk a bit of the details on some of the things many of you already know, but perhaps others may not know as of yet. So, I’m just giving my brief thoughts while providing the update for the listeners who have not already heard the following information.
