A thorough discussion and interpretation of the words of Jesus "...unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you." Jesus is life. How do we receive this life?

What is life? Life is Jesus. You can lose your lungs, heart, kidneys and still have life. So what is eternal life? Jesus is eternal life, you have life now and have life eternal. Jesus is the sin-bearer. Jesus has opened the heavens to sinners. When you receive Jesus, you have eternal life now. We become sons of God in our baptism and are brought into the life of the Trinity.

The teaching focuses on the Intermediate State. This is the time between physical death and the return of Christ on the Last Day.
