Bob and Dana are joined by Sarah Roberts. Sarah is amazing to say the least! 

She has been in full-time ministry for over 20 years now. She has lived with a coach her entire life. Her dad was a coach and now she is married to a coach. 

For the past 18 years, Sarah has served as the team chaplain for Patty Gasso and the Oklahoma softball program. 

Through ministry and everyday life, Sarah has extensive first hand experience of what coaches go through and what's it like to be married to a coach. 

She gives valuable insight and advice for coaches today. Sarah is one of our favorite people. You will laugh and possible cry during this one.  

A healthy and positive team culture is a huge part of creating a winning program. Dot and Bob discuss what team culture looks like along with tips on how to create a healthy culture within your program. 

We are joined by Mark Ritchhart. Mark was fired from his head coaching job last year. 

He shares some details, opens up about his hurt and tells us how God was faithful through it all. You'll hear how God used the situation to grow Mark in his faith. The good news is, God brought Mark right back into coaching not long after. God is good!

Both Bob and Dana have an extensive background coaching travel ball and college ball. They discuss the state of travel ball and how a Christian coach can navigate these choppy waters and better serve God and their athletes. They hold no punches.
