Faithful Friday

However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. Acts 20:24

Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
    consider its ways and be wise!
 It has no commander,
    no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
    and gathers its food at harvest.

A special podcast episode ... Tim Price, Steve Gross, Jamie Hudgins - Wilmore, KY.

The five-minute devotion is from:

Matthew 18:20

"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, I am there among them."

Proverbs 27:17

As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.

At the end of the devotion, we also share a bit of how we met and connected back in the 1990s during our time at Asbury Seminary.

Thanks for joining me, guys, for this impromptu podcast episode - recorded on an iPhone at the motel in Wilmore.

It's a joy to be a part of this group and humbled by the number of people who asked us about how we got together and how cool it is that we still are after all these years.

Another quick shout-out to Asbury Seminary for the awesome renewal retreat event! What awesome hospitality!

A servant of the Lord must not quarrel but must be kind to everyone, be able to teach, and be patient with difficult people.
