Fear has two meanings- Forget Everything And Run or Face Everything And Rise. The choice is yours!

Isaiah 41:10 "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

On this episode I give a quick update on my Faith journey. I also talk about giving woman who are trapped mentally in a toxic relationship grace.

It can be difficult to maintain faith during hard times but it's important to fight through and allow God room to handle your situation.

"Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." -Hebrews 11:1
