This episode was recorded mid-holiday season. My guest is my sister from another mister, Katherine Mancha. We have a long history of depression and struggle with mental illness in our families. The holidays are especially difficult for many people and we chose this episode to dive into why we feel the way we do and to share some helpful pointers. You will also notice I’m not my bubbly excited and prepared self because I was in the middle of a depressive episode at the time. I hope this gives you some insight and allows you all to remember YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
