In this episode I take you behind the scenes of how the song came to life — the emotions that built it, the moments that shaped it, and why writing it opened something inside me that I didn’t even realise I had been holding onto for years.

This isn’t about becoming a singer or chasing a music career.

It’s about survival.

For a long time I carried emotions I didn’t know how to express — anger, shame, guilt, loneliness, and the weight of everything that happened when my life collapsed.

Writing this song gave those feelings somewhere to go.
