"Love Your Life" says Merrill Spielman. Easier said than done sometimes, right? Merrill, now in her 70's, thinks about how can she have more fun, more joy in her life? After her husband suddenly passed away she focused on her health but then realized was that really the goal she needed to focus on? She decided joy and loving life was a more important primary goal.

People ask her how she leads such a positive joy-filled life? First of all she knows, in her heart of hearts, that's how her husband would want her to be living. But, more wide picture, she explains it's all about doing what you like! She encourages people to think about what brings them joy and peace.
