An odd title but an essential part of any stunt performers repertoire. I have some experience of this as I'm still dealing with an injury sustained in a stair fall 2yrs ago, but this got me thinking about what is expected of a performer and how a performer gets to practice a fall down a flight of stairs whilst going about their everyday duties.
