Welcome to this week’s of Episode of Screen to Screen: A Reel Podcast.  My name is Justin Cary and thank you so much for joining me to discuss the latest episode of True Detective: Night Country; the fourth episode of season 4 and a really good one at that.  This week, the mystery continues to unfold although not in the ways we might have thought.  Like ice splintering in strange directions, the case breaks but not how we thought it would and we start to peel back skin of what’s really going on with Liz and Navarro like an orange rolling ominously from under the bed.  In an episode laced with themes of disappointment, loss, unmet expectations, tragedy and regret we find ourselves dredging up some old memories as we explore a ghost ship of shadow;  all of us lost down in the depths of the Night Country.  So hang those stockings with care, put in your UV teeth whiteners, and grab some coffee…the investigation is on.
