  • Celebrate Small Wins - Here's Why

In today’s episode, I dive into a fascinating concept about the two forms of currency we experience in life: love as children and money as adults. These two currencies are deeply intertwined and shape our behaviors and relationships throughout our lives.

As children, we seek love, approval, and acceptance from our parents. These early experiences often influence how we pursue financial success as adults. For example, I constantly sought my father’s affection, despite always having my mother’s unconditional love. This dynamic mirrored my adult life, where I find myself always striving for more money and validation, even though I already possess the qualities that make me worthy and capable.

I realized that instead of maximizing my strengths—like my intuitive gift and ability to understand and simplify complex topics—I often fall into the trap of doing more, seeking more, and never feeling like it’s enough. It’s crucial to recognize that we don’t need to do more to be worthy; we already have everything we need within us.

This episode is about understanding our internal workings and how they influence our approach to making money. By examining our relationship with love and money, we can find the best ways to receive both. Celebrate the small wins, accept compliments, and acknowledge the little actions and choices that contribute to our larger goals.

Join me as we dive into this introspective exercise and discover how to align our pursuit of financial success with our innate worthiness and strengths. Tune in to this episode and start recognizing and celebrating your small wins today!

  • My Ultimate Manifestation Technique: 2 Playlists for Success

In today’s episode, I’m sharing a secret manifestation hack that I’ve been using since 2017. This technique has been a game-changer for me, helping me win gold medals, trophies, move into my first house, attract amazing opportunities, and build meaningful relationships.

Manifestation is all about tuning into the emotions of what you want to call into your life. The key is to find a method that helps you tap into those powerful emotions. The specific technique I use is incredibly simple but profoundly effective: I listen to movie soundtracks.

Why movie soundtracks, you ask? Well, unlike songs with lyrics, movie soundtracks don’t carry specific stories or emotions tied to words. Lyrics can sometimes impose the storyteller’s emotions on us. However, instrumental movie soundtracks allow me to project my own story—my best, highest self—onto the screen of my mind.

I listen to these soundtracks during the theta states of my day: right when I wake up in the morning and just before I go to sleep. These are the times when our brains are most impressionable, making it the perfect opportunity to visualize my desired life and truly feel it.

By tuning into these emotions and visualizing during these key moments, I’ve been able to manifest incredible things into my life. It’s all about radiating those emotions out into the universe and watching them come back to you.

  • Time Is The Most Important Resource You Can Get As A CEO

In today’s episode, I’m diving into the common struggle of not having enough time and how it impacts our ability to build a successful business that can eventually replace our nine-to-five jobs.

We all have tasks that need to be done, but it often feels like there’s never enough time in the day. This is where understanding and managing capacity becomes crucial. The first step is the straightforward approach: looking at your calendar, counting the events, and figuring out how to fit everything in. But there’s another, more strategic way to think about it—through the lens of a CEO.

Ask yourself, if you were the CEO of your company, would you be caught doing tasks like creating Canva graphics or writing YouTube descriptions? Probably not. The CEO focuses on high-level, money-generating tasks, leaving the more routine work to others. This shift in mindset is key to effectively using your time.

Imagine how the CEO of your company shows up. What are her responsibilities? When you start acting as the CEO, you’ll naturally prioritize tasks that drive revenue and growth. It’s not about doing everything yourself; it’s about delegating wisely. A Virtual Assistant can handle the administrative tasks, freeing you to focus on messaging, customer service, and managing your numbers.

While hiring a VA might seem counterintuitive when you’re pressed for time, it’s one of the best investments you can make. It allows you to concentrate on the tasks that truly move your business forward. Remember, you do have time—you can create it by choosing how to spend it effectively.

Join me in this episode as I explore strategies to manage your time like a CEO, prioritize high-impact tasks, and ultimately build the business you envision. Tune in and start making the most of your time today!

  • The 3 Metrics That Matter In Your Business

In today’s episode, I’m diving into the metrics that truly matter in business. We’re not talking about vanity metrics; we’re focusing on the core numbers that can make or break your success.

First up, let's talk about leads. How many leads are you bringing into your business? Think of your business as a well-oiled machine. Knowing how many leads you’re generating, where they’re coming from, and what they’re interested in is crucial. Are they coming for your content, finance tips, or analytics? Are they converting and moving to the next step in the customer journey? Whether you’re getting leads organically or through paid ads, understanding the cost per lead is essential. This is where the customer journey begins.

Next, let's look at earning per lead. If each lead is costing you $10 but they’re spending an average of $200, you’re making $190 per lead. That’s a solid return on investment! However, if the cost per lead exceeds what you’re earning, it’s time to reconsider your strategy.

Finally, we’ll discuss retention rate. How are you ensuring your clients stick around? Providing enough touchpoints and delivering on your promises is key. Client retention is 90% of the game. When you create a positive experience and transformation for your clients, they’ll want more and spread the word. Word of mouth is the best type of marketing—it’s built on trust and your ability to consistently deliver quality.

In this episode, we’ll explore how to measure these metrics and use them to drive your business forward. Tune in to learn how to optimize your lead generation, maximize earnings per lead, and boost your retention rate to create a thriving business.

  • Lessons From The Full Moon In Scorpio

In today’s episode, I delve into some profound experiences and reflections prompted by the recent Full Moon in Scorpio.

The full moon always brings intense energies, and this time, its impact extended into my business and personal life. I found myself reflecting deeply, particularly after engaging with a group of women I deeply admire. Our discussions, sparked by their videos on faith and religion, stirred some personal revelations.

I grew up in an environment where religion wasn’t a central part of my upbringing. Despite this, I attended a private school where I had to familiarize myself with theological concepts. This exposure shaped my open-minded view on religion, allowing me to choose my beliefs freely.

Recently, I confronted some deep-seated associations with religion, linked to a family member. Untangling these associations was crucial for me to reaffirm my own path and beliefs. It was a reminder that just because someone close to me had a particular faith, it doesn’t dictate my own spiritual journey—I am my own person.

I explored the concept of faith as something internal versus external, grappling with how I cultivate spirituality within myself. This inner exploration, catalyzed by the full moon, led me to valuable lessons in openness, understanding, and communication.

One key lesson was the importance of approaching delicate topics like religion with care and sensitivity. This was exemplified in a recent client interaction where I chose detachment and understanding over reacting defensively—a lesson in working through challenges rather than against them.

Join me as I share these personal insights and lessons learned from the Full Moon in Scorpio. Tune in to this episode as we navigate spirituality, self-identity, and the power of open communication in both personal and professional realms.

  • Top 3 Areas 7-Figure Earners Are Paying Attention To In Business

In today’s episode, I break down the 3 areas that 7-figure earners pay attention to on an HOURLY basis. These areas align with the Pareto principle, where 20% of your efforts bring in 80% of your results. Let’s dive into what really matters for building a successful, revenue-generating business.

First up is messaging and offers. The way you communicate is crucial because your messaging directly ties into your offers. While content is important, it’s not the only thing that matters. Effective communication determines how people want to engage and build a relationship with you. Are you clearly articulating the value of your offer?

Next, let's talk about money. 7-figure earners are always thinking about investments, costs, profits, and client retention. The goal is to keep clients in your world at a higher level, which brings in more revenue per lead than just cutting costs. Financial literacy and retaining clients are paramount. Are you making smart investments and keeping your clients engaged?

Lastly, personal branding, stories, and identity are key. Success is not just an external journey but an internal one too. Your perception creates your perspective, and this shapes how you project yourself to the world. If your perception is off, it will affect your interactions. High earners continuously work on their self-perception, their stories, and how they present themselves. It’s about more than just focusing on one component; it’s about integrating all three areas for true success.

In this episode, we’ll explore how to optimize these three critical areas to elevate your business and move closer to becoming a 7-figure earner. Tune in to learn how to refine your messaging, manage your money wisely, and enhance your personal brand.

  • 3 Methods of Communication

In today’s episode, I’m breaking down the three modes of communication and ranking them from the most notable to the least. Understanding these modes can dramatically improve how you convey your message, whether in business or personal interactions.

First, let's talk about words. Believe it or not, words only make up 7% of what we communicate. It’s surprising, right? According to Robert Greene,  when someone has more words to say they are not perceived as an expert or authority. Think about successful business owners; they’re concise and to the point. Words are important, but they’re not doing all the work for us.

Next, we have tonality, which makes up 38% of communication. The tone of your voice can drastically change the meaning of your words. For example, an uptone at the end of a sentence usually indicates a question, while a downtone shows authority and confidence. How you stress words and deliver your message is crucial. It keeps people engaged and conveys more than just the words themselves. Ever wonder why radio and podcast hosts speak the way they do? It’s all about tonality.

Lastly, the most significant mode is nonverbal communication, making up 55% of what we communicate. This is why video is so powerful. Your gestures, facial expressions, and body language can say more than words ever could. Nonverbal cues often happen subconsciously, reflecting our true feelings and thoughts. By tapping into your body and being mindful of your nonverbal signals, you can communicate more effectively and authentically.

In this episode, we’ll explore how to harness these three modes of communication to improve your interactions and convey your message with impact. Tune in to learn how to use your words wisely, master your tone, and leverage your body language for better communication.
