This week, Andy and Russ talk about All American Week 2021. It's delayed, but it's coming back and it'll be more Airborne than ever. Everyone in the Army completed Extremism Training. For some, it included an obstacle course followed by small group real talk discussions. ACFT 3.0 is out and SMA Grinston wants to see 1/2 million test results by June 2021 and 1 million by April 2022. Lastly, the show has its first guest, 1st Lieutenant Kristin Coleman. She's a sexual assault and harassment victim advocate, and she talks about trust and how to normalize the conversation.
