We start in Exodus 33 where Moses pleads with God to go with the Israelites and there is the incredible statement: "How will anyone know that you are pleased with me and with your people unless you go with us? What else will distinguish me and your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?”

When we serve in the body, first and foremost we are serving God. And as we serve God, we are changed. Our role is not to serve out of obligation or guilt....we serve in response to what Jesus has done for us. We serve as an act of worship.
