In 1998 a woman from Hubei Province was in poor health, her husband was having an affair with another woman, and she cared for their four children on her own. She was depressed and suicidal. She then learned Falun Dafa and her health improved immediately, and although she was illiterate, over the course of a year she learned to read Zhuan Falun. When a high school student in South Korea learned of Falun Dafa he immediately became interested, and studied the teachings and practiced the exercises diligently for a few years. When he was in college he quit the practice for next 17 years. Over that time he became addicted to trading stocks and cryptocurrencies often to the point of nearly going bankrupt.
