What hope is there for us if we don't forgive? How can you forgive a man who has wasted your youth and left you to fend for yourself as he settles with someone younger? How do you forgive the relative who so ruthlessly took your innocence away... How do you forgive that person you thought was your friend but was the leader of the crew that robbed you of everything you ever worked for? But... you must forgive! for your own sake!
So how do you go about it?
This episode is an attempt at a step by step approach at this pivotal and fundamental element of your healing.

Too many times when suicide is involved a lot of us want to create distance and not talk about it because to do so would invite condemnation and bible bashing. Its even worse if you are the one who has tried to die and it hasn't worked and if people know that what you are struggling they make your days all that worse.
There's a huge misconception that suicide is an unpardonable sin. Yet it is not the one unpardonable sin. So how do we begin thinking about it and seeing what God wants us to see about this tragic reality?
God loves you. He made you on purpose so that you may manifest His glory on earth. Suicide is not a way out. Hang on, talk to somebody and wait on God. God often shows up through other people. Hang on and talk about it!

This episode sat unedited for a week because it was hard having to listen to myslef talk about stuff that i would rather not talk about but remember this whole thing is also helping me deal with stuff. So a week later and a serious reality check later... Learn how to recognize this character trait that causes so many of us so much hurt and destruction.
As always, much love!
Well... I don't even know how to describe this episode. Perhaps what I will say/write is that its time had come and there was no way to sit on it for longer. This piece is raw, with some anger, some pain but always.... hope.
Love Love love love love... songs, happy happy, hugs and kisses
Erm... really?
For who?
How?
Lets get into it! Yes? Yes!
I have struggled to be kosher about this whole project because its what is expected and I've been trying not to cause too much chaos... but theres an authenticity missing. So I threw away the script on this one and got quite raw.
Erm.... yeah.
Depression is a subjective thing. Every person experiences this dark cloud differently depending on their internal and external circumstances. So here I get into the ins and out of a depressive phase from my experience as best as can be expressed. Listen in...
