Pastor Paul launches the new 12-part series on prayer, by exploring why prayer is so important in our individual lives and corporately as a church family.
Pastor Paul explores five different lessons for us as a church family from Joshua chapter 1, where the Israelites are preparing to enter the promised land.
Pastor Wendy continues the exploration of the life of Daniel and his three friends (Daniel chapters 2 and 3), looking at God's faithfulness through the trials of life and how we can trust Him in all circumstances.
The youth who attended Summer Camp give feedback on what God has done in their lives over the past week and Elisa finishes up with a short message on being a 'trailblazer' for Jesus.
Pastor Wendy explores the life of Daniel and his three friends and how they refused to live under the culture of the land, allowing God, not people, to define who they were.
Pastor Paul explores how Jesus welcomed children, 'let the little children come to me' (Luke 18:16), and how our faith should always be childlike (but not childish).
Family Church Pastors gather for a Round Table discussion on the true meaning of the scripture Acts 2:42 and following....
The NIV Bible titles this ‘The fellowship of the believers’
42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43 Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. 44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favour of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
The NKJV Bible titles this ‘A Vital Church Grows’
42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ [n]doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43 Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. 44 Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, 45 and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need.
46 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, 47 praising God and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.
All of our Pastors draw vitally important nuggets from this scripture in relation to the future of our Church Fellowship. This is a ‘must listen’ message!!
Pastor Paul concludes the series exploring how Jesus was anointed for ministry (based on Luke 4:18-19), specifically how He was anointed to proclaim the year of the Lord's favour to bring us liberty in all areas of our lives.
When we put our trust in God, we have the strength to soar high on wings like eagles, to run and not grow weary, and walk and not faint. In this message, Ps Steu shares how God is calling us to fly high, gaining God's perspective on things; going beyond every 'ceiling'; and rising above every limitation.
