We sing Compline most nights. We picked it up from Maternal Heart, Lewisham, way back when they sang Roman Compline on Thursday nights after Mass. With kids, things got submerged for a while, but we picked it up again, piece by piece, and now it is a great thing which we can highly recommend for :

1. helping get babies to sleep


2. giving the cat quality time to be admired while everyone sits down in the living room


3. learning Latin


4. participating in the Church's Liturgical Life in a totally legitimate and appropriate way
