In this episode of Co-op Community Spotlight, Mike and Teresa discuss the upcoming 34th Family Forestry Expo taking place at Trumbull Creek Educational Forest this Saturday, May 13th. The event offers a range of activities and demonstrations for families, including logging equipment demonstrations, mule string displays, logger sports team showcases, educational exhibits on bear awareness and backcountry camping, and information on local rivers and aquatic life. You'll even have the opportunity to pick up a tree seedling to take home! Admission is free thanks to a fantastic group of individuals, businesses, agencies, and organizations with a shared goal of education.
