Indra and Deana welcome back Rit Saraswat, co-executive producer for unscripted television and film, writer and director, to the podcast. Rit breaks down the making of his short film “TRAITOR”, which leads to a discussion about being brown in America, what it means to be “American”, and race more generally. Then, the trio gets into all the current Bravo shows and gossip, including Bethenny Frenkel’s strange Twitter reaction to the new book “Not All Diamonds and Rose” and the shocking story Heather Thompson tells about Sonja in the book. They also discuss Kathy Hilton v. Finally, Rit fills us in on his exciting new role on the Real Housewives of the OC, including how he works with the storyline, the amazing first two episodes of the upcoming season, and how this season marks an important new beginning for the show.
