Because of Jesus, we now have an equal share in the things of God. We have an inheritance! Promise: This inheritance is safe. It’s kept pure and undefiled in a place where it can never change or lose its value. It has been guaranteed by the blood of Jesus!Hope: This changes everything and fills us with hope. We are no longer a people bound to a life of destruction that will end in death. We have been given the hope of life in Jesus!You must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it. 16 But do this in a gentle and respectful way.[c] Keep your conscience clear.
