Row crop farmer Benton Felts understands that farmers can make plans and schedules, but the uncertainties of farm life require flexibility. And, no matter what – family must come first. In this episode, Benton shares stories of choosing family over farm when issues arise. When his father-in-law, Deputy Chief  W.A. Wren, was shot in the line of duty, their family’s focus immediately shifted to supporting him during recovery. 

 From prioritizing a family member’s health to setting aside work to be at his granddaughter’s cheer competitions, Benton and his wife choose God and family first.
