Empty spaces can easily get filled up with random stuff if we don’t have an intention plan for them - like the junk drawer or the corner where everyone leaves their shoes and backpacks. Similarly, fasting is about more than just giving something up - which created space - but it is about intentionally filling that space with things that connect us to God and help us grow in our faith.

Podcast Update for Adults - February 2026
Hey there, Grace Harbor Adults! For the foreseeable future, I'm going to continue the rhythm of 5 episodes per week - one each day Monday through Friday.
The reality is that this is a solo project. I write, record, edit, and upload everything myself. And I do all of that around my work as a pastor, parent, husband, and human being in the year 2026!
I absolutely love making the show, but making the show has taken more time than I anticipated. And life, work, and ministry are also requiring more than I anticipated - which I’m sure you can relate to.
And so, in order to keep this journey going, I need to adapt to a pace that is sustainable in this season.
Thank you so much for your patience and your understanding, and for all you’re doing to raise kids with a healthy and resilient faith. I’m excited for all that’s ahead, and I’m glad you’re with me.
