*1-return unto me, and repent of your sins, and be converted, that I may heal you (3Nephi9:13)
*2-if ye will come unto me ye shall have eternal life. Behold, mine arm of mercy is extended towards you, and whosoever will come, him will I receive; and blessed are those who come unto me. (3Nephi 9:14)
3-as many as have received me, to them have I given to become the sons of God (3Nephi9:17)
4-And ye shall offer for a sacrifice unto me a broken heart and a contrite spirit (3Nephi9:20)
*5-how oft would I have gathered you as a hen gathereth her chickens, and ye would not. (3Nephi10:5)

1- PROVISIONS-- “It was impossible for the robbers to lay siege sufficiently long to have any effect upon the Nephites, because of their much provision which they had laid up in store,” (3Nephi 4:18)
“They did break forth, all as one, in singing, and praising their God” (3Nephi 4:31)
3- DISCIPLESHIP--“I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I have been called of him to declare his word” (3Nephi 5:13)
1-In the days of their iniquities hath he chastened them because he loveth them. (Helaman15:3)
2-the more part of them are in the path of their duty (Helaman 15:5)
3-As many of them as are brought to the knowledge of the truth, and to know of the wicked and abominable traditions of their fathers, and are led to believe the holy scriptures, yea, the prophecies of the holy prophets, which are written, which leadeth them to faith on the Lord, and unto repentance, which faith and repentance bringeth a change of heart unto them (Helaman 15:7)
1-they do harden their hearts, and do forget the Lord their God, and do trample under their feet the Holy One—yea, and this because of their ease, and their exceedingly great prosperity (Helaman 12:2)
2-except the Lord doth chasten his people with many afflictions, yea, except he doth visit them with death and with terror, and with famine and with all manner of pestilence, they will not remember him.(Helaman 12:3)
3-they do not desire that the Lord their God, who hath created them, should rule and reign over them; notwithstanding his great goodness and his mercy towards them, they do set at naught his counsels, and they will not that he should be their guide.(helaman 12:6)
1-whosoever will may lay hold upon the word of God, which is quick and powerful, which shall divide asunder all the cunning and the snares and the wiles of the devil, and lead the man of Christ in a strait and narrow course across that everlasting gulf of misery which is prepared to engulf the wicked—And land their souls, yea, their immortal souls, at the right hand of God in the kingdom of heaven (Helaman 3:29-30)
2- they did fast and pray oft, and did wax stronger and stronger in their humility, and firmer and firmer in the faith of Christ, unto the filling their souls with joy and consolation, yea, even to the purifying and the sanctification of their hearts, which sanctification cometh because of their yielding their hearts unto God.(Hermann 3:35)
3- it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall. (Helaman 5:12)
1-they were men who were true at all times in whatsoever thing they were entrusted.(Alma 63:20)
2-Now they never had fought, yet they did not fear death; and they did think more upon the liberty of their fathers than they did upon their lives; yea, they had been taught by their mothers, that if they did not doubt, God would deliver them. 1-they were doing that which they felt was the duty which they owed to their God (Alma 43:46)

5-the plan of redemption could not be brought about, only on conditions of repentance (Alma 42:13)
1- By small and simple things are great things brought to pass (Alma 37:6)
2- Teach them to humble themselves and to be meek and lowly in heart; teach them to withstand every temptation of the devil, with their faith on the Lord Jesus Christ. (Alma 37:33)
3- Cry unto God for all thy support… Counsel with the Lord in all thy doings, and he will direct thee for good. (Alma 37:36-37)
4- Bridle all your passions, that ye may be filled with love; see that ye refrain from idleness. (Alma 38:12)
1- Blessed are they who humble themselves without being compelled to be humble (Alma 32:16)
2- If ye nourish it with much care it will get root, and grow up, and bring forth fruit. But if ye neglect the tree, and take no thought for its nourishment, behold it will not get any root (Alma 32:37-38)
3- The intent of this last sacrifice, to bring about the bowels of mercy, which overpowereth justice, and bringeth about means unto men that they may have faith unto repentance. And thus mercy can satisfy the demands of justice, and encircles them in the arms of safety, while he that exercises no faith unto repentance is exposed to the whole law of the demands of justice; (Alma 34:15-16)
4- let your hearts be full, drawn out in prayer unto him continually for your welfare, and also for the welfare of those who are around you. (Alma 34:27)
5-Live in thanksgiving daily, for the many mercies and blessings which he doth bestow upon you. (Alma 34:38)
