Hello, when we don’t share our family medical history or talk about the diseases that runs in our families, that treatable or preventable health issue kills our loved ones early in life. It affects our children, our grandchildren and our future.  It is important that all family members learn early of their genetic risk to chronic and/or hereditary diseases, identify patterns, that will have them starting early preventative measures that help you and/or your family members from going through financial hardship or an un-necessary life of suffering.

I’m Donna Williams, owner and creator of infoonhbp.com, am a certified holistic health coach who uses a holistic and integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle changes to improve my clients' health. I’ve been offering health coaching practices since 2017. When a family member was ill, especially if it was cancer – like it was contagious - there were whispers, no one asked questions, but you felt the fear within everyone around you. It was palpable.
