A DISTORTED GOSPEL, IS NO GOSPEL AT ALL- Today, at Family Worship Center, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart reads Galatians 1:6-10 teaching on the early church of Galatia, and how quickly their faith departed. The Judaizers presented legalism, and many of the new converts began to turn from, and add to, their salvation in the finished work of Christ. Legalism turns faith into a performance-based system. Pastor Gabe warns that we all have a natural desire to help God out in our sanctification process. Our salvation is a free gift, and cannot be worked for. Anything we do to add to, or take away from the true gospel will only destroy it. We must rest in His finished work on Calvary’s Cross. By faith, and faith alone, He will transform us into His image. WHAT DOES IT COST ME TO WORSHIP? Today, at Family Worship Center, Evangelist Chris Moody, who is the Church of God State Overseer for Oklahoma and Kansas, reads Mark 14:3-9 teaching on true worship. Believers need to look past our wants and desires, and seek more of Him and His presence. Worship is the correct response to the presence of God. In this story in Mark, this woman, likely Mary, cared not about the value of the ointment that she poured on Jesus. Her actions showed, she worshiped Him with her heartfelt love. She knew who Jesus was, and what He would do. Do you love Him today? His presence cannot be bought. He is the worth of our source, and the source of our worth. No other, is like Him; who else, but Jesus.

THE OPPRESSOR IS DEFEATED– Today at Family Worship Center, Pastor Donnie Swaggart reads from Acts 10:38 and John 10:10 teaching on all the New Covenant benefits that believers can walk in. Through scripture, we see how the early church is taught. By anchoring our faith in the finished work of Christ, this New Covenant holds God’s plan that ALL shall be grafted in. The powers of darkness will oppress. The devil wants every believer to feel defeated just as the children of Israel were oppressed in Egypt, as Pharaoh was a type of Satan. Oppression, in the spiritual, finds us in trials and circumstances, but God’s plan is to bring us out. We are all called to be overcomers, as trials will strengthen our faith. Where we are today, does not declare where we will be tomorrow. We are going to come out on the other side of our wilderness; for in Christ, we are already victorious. Exodus 12:13 is in effect today. When He sees the blood covering our lives, the death angel must pass over. On the Cross, Jesus said, it is finished, and that settled it all. Stay at the Cross, and watch Him break the chains that bind us; then, we will be able to praise the Lord as we were. Created to do. He is our deliverer!

THE MIRACLE, THE MEANING, THE MISSION- Call His name Jesus, for He shall save His people from their sin. Today, at Family Worship Center, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart reads Matthew 1:18-21 teaching on the story of Joseph and Mary, and how Jesus came as a baby in a manger to be the King of Kings. Scripture tells us, through one man, Adam, sin entered into humanity. All men, and women, are born in original sin; Jesus, was born perfect, conceived by the Holy Spirit and not of man. It was a perfect miracle birth, from a virgin. Do we understand the meaning of His name? The reason He came is wrapped up in His name; His identity, His mission, and His purpose are in His name. His name means Savior, and His mission is me, you, and all of lost humanity.

A PILLAR IN THE TEMPLE OF MY GOD- Today, at Family Worship Center, Pastor Donnie Swaggart reads Revelation 3:7-12 as he walks us through the seven messages to the seven churches of Asia. These seven, distinct messages from the Lord, have one theme. Christ did not die for us to live a defeated life. As believers in the finished work of Christ, we are overcomers. The various messages to these churches apply to all Christians today. Our sin has been covered by the blood of Christ. He wants to bend, break, mold, and shape us. Through His death on Calvary’s Cross, He is our advocate. There was, is, and always will be power in the blood. Our faith must ever be in the Cross, and by the power of the Holy Spirit we can live a victorious Christian life. Looking at the temple, we see the pillars of brass facing East, holding up nothing but reflecting the light. This, is symbolic of the believer in Christ; under no strength of our own, we are to reflect the light of Christ to a lost and dying world.

Grace is the greatest attribute of the Cross. Tonight, at Family Worship Center, Pastor Donnie Swaggart and panel read Titus 2:11-15 teaching on grace, the goodness of God. Grace is an attribute and a person. If you want to know what grace is, look at Jesus. All of the benefits of the New Covenant are the grace of God, this is how God deals with fallen humanity. Grace is a free gift. Grace spurned, will always result in God’s judgment. The grace of God is the reason He has tarried so long to return. He wants all those who are lost to come to Him. Grace brings salvation, and there is still a great harvest to come. While we await that blessed hope of His return, believers are called to prosper in the things of the Lord, this gives Him the glory He deserves.

REVERE THE BLOOD, AND CARRY THE ARK- Tonight, at Family Worship Center, Pastor Shaun Murphy reads Exodus 29:1-9 looking at the Old Covenant and its priesthood and what it implies for believers today. The Ark of the Covenant, carried on the shoulders of the priests, held the very presence of God. This was a type and shadow of believers today, as we are His royal priesthood. He has taken up residence within our hearts, and His presence goes where we go. If we are saved, and have reverence for the blood, then we should take up His presence and carry the Ark to our families, friends, and communities every day, for God intends for His glory to be manifested through our lives.

THE GREATEST RESCUE MISSION IN HUMAN HISTORY- If we ignore the blood, we ignore everything. Today, at Family Worship Center, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart reads Galatians 1:1-5 teaching on the finished work of Christ. God gave His only Son to die for fallen humanity; this, was His rescue mission. He died for ALL who have sinned. If we will only repent, and believe, we can step into His freedom today. There’s still room at the Cross for ALL.

GOD’S PLAN FOR A GLOBAL GOSPEL- Tonight, at Family Worship Center, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart reads Acts 1:8 teaching on Christ’s last words to His followers before He ascends on high. He tells them how the gospel is to go forth; with power, after the Holy Spirit has come upon them. This is a spiritual power they were not expecting. He was calling them to a costly obedience, a Cross before a crown for the furtherance of the gospel. The gospel spreads through ordinary people, and all Christians are called to take the life saving gospel right where we are. Jesus commanded His disciples to begin in Jerusalem. This is where they hid and scattered after Christ’s crucifixion. This is where the Great Commission starts in our lives; then, we can explode outward to the uttermost parts of the world by His power. Jesus died for the world, for all humanity.

TRUTH CRUCIFIED, SIN GLORIFIED- Today at Family Worship Center, guest speaker, Matthew Swaggart reads Matthew 27:20-24 looking back to the people’s reaction to release a murderer, Barabbas, over Christ, as the chief priests swayed the people. Christians today are just as confused because of poor leadership. Weak Christians, produce a confused culture that attacks truth. Christians are not standing up for our public education systems, our universities, and American politics; many saying, it is not our fight. Believers are called to the Great Commission. God’s presence is with us, and we have authority in His name. We must not leave our seat at the table, for evil will always sit down if we leave. Brother Matthew encourages believers today to be a part of the Great Commission, now more than ever. In Christ, we can take the gospel to the lost, and we can show up in our communities having a backbone, a Bible, and truth on our lips.
