As you pray, worship, and as you seek God’s presence your soul can remain calm and healthy even when your emotions are working to get the best of you.

We do not worship a God who stands back at a safe distance viewing our pain through the comfort of stained glass - but rather a faithful high priest who has walked where we've walked. From heaven, Jesus watched our suffering and knew about it - but from earth, Jesus experienced our suffering and now understands it.
