  • Raising Emotionally Intelligent Kids with Supna Shah

Emotional Intelligence actually has nothing to do with IQ or "intelligence" - rather, it's the study and understanding of your own emotions and the emotions of others. Multiple scientific studies have even linked emotional intelligence to who are happier, healthier, and more successful people - so it's understandable why we want this not only for ourselves, but for our children!

    In this episode you'll discover:

    • The #1 tip for teaching kids to manage emotions that typically cause tantrums.
    • Why Supna does not say “no” to her kids - and what she says instead!
    • How turning car rides into Gratitude time will benefit your child’s emotional intelligence (and yours too!)

  • Facebook Friend Requests from Clients and Privacy Concerns
Some business owners choose to set up 2 different profiles - one for friends/family and one for clients and business connections - but this is REALLY bad, a BIG no-no, and in violation of Facebook's Terms of Service.
    So, what should you do?
In this episode I outline the strategy that I use, and the internal tools Facebook provides that allow you to segment your friends list, and control what content you share with which people!
