In this week's episode of grey’s anatomy Richard and Katherine decide to have a family dinner in order to reveal to Maggie and Jackson that they are separating. However all does not go according to plan after Jackson invites his Girlfriend vic, who invites her friend dean. Meanwhile after Schmitt’s uncle passes away, he learns that he was keeping a big secret, which causes Schmitt to make a big decision.
