Jacy interviews Canadian born, country music superstar, Carolyn Dawn Johnson at her cozy home studio, just outside of Nashville. Carolyn talks about touring with Reba McEntire, what it's like playing and singing background vocals for Martina McBride, writing the number one hit song "Single White Female" for Chely Wright, and knowing which songs to save for her own records. Carolyn shares a never before told story about the night she won five Canadian Country Music Association Awards and the events that followed. She has new music on the way and in this candid and heartfelt conversation she takes a look back on the early days, just starting out in Nashville.
