Fandom At Random

We had the fortune of getting Luke Sinclair, a coordinator for Melbourne's very own 'Sticky Institute' in the studio for a discussion all about zines, his experiences with them, Sticky Institute, and zines connection to fandom.

It was super awesome to have Luke speak to us, and if you want to know more about zines, head to stickyinstitute.com, or into the store/workshop space on Elizabeth Street in the CBD.

Tune in to Fandom at Random every Monday 3-5pm on SYN 90.7fm or syn.org.au, and check us out on instagram and tiktok @fandomatrandomsyn :)

Welcome to the very first show of 2025 Season 1 of Fandom at Random! (and our very first catch-up podcast episode). This week we talked all about the Grammy awards which were just wrapping up as we were recording, Annabella's favourite band Lawrence and their concert at The Forum on the 25th January (spoiler alert: it was life changing), and some conspiracy theories (oOOooo).

Today's "Fandom at Random" was.... Taylor Swift! Milie gave Annabella some lyrics and she had to guess: 'Is it a TS lyric or a Shakespeare quote?". Tune in to see just how bad she did!
