Queen Alicent navigates through her grief while pondering her husband's final words. Otto Hightower and the Small Council take matters into their own hands. The High Lords and Ladies of Kings Landing are presented with an ultimatum. Princess Rhaenys finds herself an unwilling guest. Loyalties are questions as the question of succession begins to divide. Queen Alicent is placed in a difficult position. An unlikely coronation takes place, with an unexpected conclusion.

In the aftermath of Sebastian's death, Eugene goes into hiding while Pamela soldiers search for him. Max is urged to safe herself by betraying Eugene. The Alexandrians find themselves on the outside again. Heading to Oceanside, an accident forces Aaron, Jerry, Elijah, and Lydia to seek shelter to avoid a herd. However, they face a threat unlike anything they have experienced. Daryl and Rosita create a plan to escape, but Eugene makes a decision to stay behind and make a stand. Loyalties divide Mercer and Princess. Lance learns that his betrayal has unexpected consequences. Pamela makes the first move against the Alexandrians.  

#thewalkingdead Carol tells the others about her deal with Pamela. Pamela takes Lance into custody and uses him as a scapegoat for Sebastian's crimes. The Alexandrians make preparations to go home, but not everyone is planning to leave. Max and Eugene work on a plan to bring Sebastian down. Daryl seeks parenting advice. Lance shows that he is still a major player in Pamela's game. Judith voices her desire for a peaceful life. Lance's plan causes a deadly disruption during The Founder's Day celebration.

#houseofthedragon After a six-year time jump, the story starts to shift as we get closer to the Dance of the Dragons. With Lord Corlys suffering a life-threatening injury, his brother Vaemond sails for Kings Landing to challenge the succession of its seat. Princess Rhaenyra returns home to defend her son's legitimacy and status as heir to Driftmark, and finds her home completely different from when she left. The Hightowers all but rule the Seven Kingdoms as King Viserys' health has worsened. Rhaenyra pleads with her father to stand up and defend her. Viserys makes it known that he is still the King, and his word is law. The Targaryens and Hightowers make peace with each other for the King's sake, but that peace is short-lived. Queen Alicent's misinterpretation of the King's words will have dire consequences for the realm. King Viserys finds peace.

#thewalkingdead #twd It is finally - and sadly - the beginning of the end. In this, the first of the final eight episodes of the series, Lance and his soldiers continue to track down Daryl, Maggie, Aaron, and Gabriel. The groups sends an ally to the Commonwealth to warn the rest of their people. Carol and Jerry team up to protect the kids from Lance's inside cronies. The people of the Commonwealth demand Sebastian's arrest for his crimes. Carol locates a hiding Sebastian and trades him to Pamela for the safety of her people. The Alexandrians try to figure out a way to save the people of the Commonwealth from the Miltons' corruption. A herd makes its way towards the Commonwealth. Lance falls for a trap.

#houseofthedragon This episode had it all: a wedding, a funeral, a dragon theft, a huge brawl, an attempted murder, and an actual murder - just another day in Westeros. The Targaryens and Velaryons gather at Driftmark to say goodbye to Lady Laena. Rhaenyra and Daemon bond over their lost loved ones. Prince Aemond finally claims a dragon, which leads to a major confrontation between Targaryens and Velaryons. Ser Laenor's desire to live a different life gives Rhaenyra the clarity she needs. Rhaenyra makes a huge decision to protect the future of her family. The lines between the Blacks and the Greens have been firmly drawn.

#shadowandbone #grishaverse Discussion of the Season 1 finale of Shadow and Bone. Kirigan usurps Alina's power to reveal his true intent for The Fold. The Crows gain a new ally, as Mal leads the way to put a stop to Kirigan's evil plans. Zoya has a change of heart after a major betrayal. Nina and Matthias reverse positions as Nina tries to save Matthias' life. The Crows, Alina, and Zoya join together to defeat Kirigan. In the aftermath of success, a larger threat reveals itself.

In Pentos, Prince Daemon and the Lady Laenor discuss their family's future when tragedy strikes.  Anticipating tensions that threaten her family's safety, Princess Rhaenyra relocates her family to Dragonstone. A confidante of the Queen's will prove to be her greatest asset, or her biggest downfall.
