Here’s my theory. The Harry Potter trio are actually representations of the other houses. Hermione is Ravenclaw, Ron is Hufflepuff, and Harry is Slytherin. They’re all in Gryffindor because they asked. In fact, everyone in that house could have been in another houses if they hadn’t asked to be in Gryffindor. You have be ask to be in Gryffindor because their most defining feature is bravery, and anyone can choose to be brave.

So what does it mean to be Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff or Slytherin then? We discuss that and also some of the Recent changes on Pottermore.com. We also discuss whether Hufflepuff gets a bad rep or not and would a new name help the image of that house? Perhaps its time to rebrand.

Set in a dystopian future The Hunger Games is a story that has some chilling similarities to our society today. We talk about the first book in the Hunger Games Trilogy.

We each discuss what our strategies would be in the Hunger Games, both socially before and physically during the game, and then after that get into some literary nitty gritties. On May 25, 1977 (A Long Time Ago in a galazy Far, Far away…) Star Wars Episode 4 came out in the movie theaters. This movie was a milestone for many and helped launch the science fiction boom of the late 1970’s and early 1980’s which can be compared to the Comic Book Movie boom that we are currently in. The Adventures of the Jedi Luke Skywalker fascinated many while the villain a Dark Jedi or Sith known as Darth Vader captivated the hearts of others.

Flash forward 22 years and George Lucas, the Trilogy’s original director released a prequel trilogy detailing how Darth Vader decided to go down the path to the Dark Side of the Force. This Prequel Trilogy is considered by most to inferior to the Original Trilogy. There are lots of theories why, including the fact that George Lucas was revered so much by now that no one put his crazy ideas in check, but that is a discussion for another episode. This episode we will be discussing what the correct order to view these movies are.
