Covid continues to surge in the premier league and affect the schedules.It was a gameweek full of penalties and all were scored and were crucial especially for the big three of Chelsea, Liverpool and Man City. Game week 15 ended with drama at Goodison park with Everton getting their first win in 9 games. Richarlison had 2 goals ruled out for offside by VAR but ended up scoring the equalizer before Damarai gray scored the injury time winner. This was the order of the week with lots of substitutes scoring and other injury time goals.

It finally begins, the busy festive season in the EPL. I preview the fixtures in this gameweek and give tips about defence and offense.

For a few weeks the big name forwards like Lukaku, Ronaldo, Salah and Kane have been blanking and their clubs have been more or less  carried by consistent double digit FPL returns from defenders like Cancelo, James, Chilwell, Rudiger and Trent Alexander-Arnold. It's time to consider putting the armband on these guys.

As we approach the busiest period of the season, it is time to ready your troops to catch up, overtake or extend your leads in your mini leagues. Don't forget to keep an eye out for the transfer deadlines and remember to not rush the transfers till after the managers' press conferences.

Last international break for the season before a run of 10 gameweeks in 40 days. There were some surprising scorelines at Brentford, Chelsea, and Brighton on Saturday and 2 managers lost their jobs. Plan ahead for the busy period of games in November and December.
