WR rankings and WR tiers: Ian Hartitz ranks his top 60 wide receivers for Week 5 of fantasy football and sorts them into six tiers. George Pickens is the WR14 and Ian is not scared of a boom week against the Buccaneers on Thursday night, Keon Coleman is the WR41 and third in yards per target among receivers this season, Deebo Samuel is the WR29 and still looks good, and Dohnte Meyers is getting real steam in Cincinnati. RB rankings and RB tiers: Ian Hartitz ranks his top 48 running backs for this week of fantasy football and sorts them into five tiers. Kyren Williams jumps to RB3 with the week's highest game total on deck against the Bills, Braelon Allen is the RB12 after playing 94% of the Jets' snaps, Bhayshul Tuten is a buy before the inevitable breakout, and Omarion Hampton falls to RB32 after finishing third in his own backfield in snaps. The Week 4 box score left a lot on the table. Ian Hartitz goes back through every near-miss you might have missed if you didn't have eyes on every game: touchdowns wiped out by penalty, players tackled at the one-yard line, the unrealized air yards leaderboard, defensive pass interference, the interception doctor, and the drops and overthrows that cost six points.

Bhayshul Tuten had a 44-yard touchdown and a 3-yard touchdown taken off the board by holding penalties. Mike Evans played through a rib injury, got tackled at the one-yard line, and was open for a 6-yard score that Brock Purdy threw behind him. Antonio Williams lost an 87-yard touchdown to an illegal shift, Chris Bell lost a 68-yarder by a toe, and Matthew Golden now leads the NFL in pass interference penalties drawn and DPI yards.

Ian calls it the Sheesh Report, because these are the plays that make fantasy managers say exactly that.

Ian Hartitz and Billy Collins run through the full Week 4 fantasy football injury report after Friday's practices: who is good to go, who is questionable and who is out at quarterback, running back, wide receiver and tight end, plus the fantasy fallout from every one of them.

Jadarian Price is out after re-aggravating his chest injury, Zach Charbonnet has been ruled out, and Ian breaks down the Seahawks backfield without them. Mike Evans is officially questionable and a game-time decision with his rib injury, Terry McLaurin was a late Friday addition, and Ladd McConkey is questionable too. Puka Nacua is not listed and will play, Nico Collins is back and fully healthy, and DJ Moore moves up to WR13 with Christian Gonzalez out.
