-before we look at gift does,we have to understand who gave the gift and what it actually is.
-The Holy Spirit is not a force,a cloud, or a vague feeling. He is a person
-You cannot have a relationship with an "it" but you can have a relationship with a "Who"

-Saints the Holy Spirit isn't a lesser version of God,He is Jesus without the limitations of a physical body.
-He posesses intellect,emotion and will.
-He can be groeved
-He can speak and He comforts.
>>Revival begins when the church stops rtying touse the Holy Spiit like a power source and start submitting to Him as a person.
