Jana's Market Grille in downtown Faribault is the new home for the Faribault Coaches Show. Jana's serves breakfast and lunch and has some great take out food too. Costco of Owatonna and G&H Properties co-hosts the show. Faribault Falcons volleyball players stopped by for a visit.

Devin Lockerby, FSHS graduate says his redshirt year was filled with lots of work. He added muscle and is eager for next season to start at NDSU. Carsen Kramer, sophomore $ Miles Leopold, freshman, tell us their tennis season saw tremendous improvement. The team is loaded with young players.

Charlie Lechtenberg, Manager of Faribault Lakers & Head Coach for high school Falcons visits with Royal Ross and Gordy Kosfeld. The first 100 people to go to Wednesday, May 24, 2023 Lakers game with Cannon Falls at Bell Field will receive a FREE hot dog. High school will open playoffs on Saturday, May 27, 2023. Tournament bracket has not been determined yet.

Mayor Kevin Voracek stopped by Bashers to ask residents to submit a name for the new park to go in near the viaduct downtown. I had suggested Hammond Anderson in honor of city women pioneers in local politics.

Anna Blessing, Coach, Sara Dobson, Junior Co-Captain are excited for the 2023 season. Dobson says she enjoys all aspects of the game of golf. Coach Blessing wants more women to get involved in the sport you can play for a lifetime.
