I chat to pig farmer and former Chairman of Eccleshall Young Farmers, Will Massie. We discuss the stresses and pressures of working on a family farm. Will also explains the importance of socialising outside the farm and why a lot of farmers struggle once they leave young farmers.

Margaret and I speak about her family's decision to quit dairy farming to focus on beef. She shares how her family's mental and physical well being played a role in that decision. She speaks honestly about what it is like to be married to a farmer and the difficulty in finding a work-life balance.
