Fartlek runs. What are they? And how do they relate to my New Year Goal setting?

As we come to the end of this year and the beginning of another one, I start the process of Goal-setting. And as part of that, I remember a quote from Brendon Burchard.

He said “Do not move on to the new year without letting go of something significant. An old idea, label, habit, fear, concern of ego. Let go to free up the whitespace for something new to enter.”
