The wait is finally over: it is draft week. Farzin looks over Kansas City’s top three picks in the first and second rounds and projects who the Chiefs will select and why. Farzin reads some of your predictions on who the Chiefs will draft in the first round. One NFL writer said there is a chance Tyreek Hill could face a suspension and Farzin provides clarity to explain why it may (or it may not) happen. Plus, one local radio host wrote a controversial tweet, and someone, somehow, accused Farzin of writing that tweet.
The Chiefs' 2019 schedule has been released and there is an update on the Tyreek Hill investigation, plus much more. Matt Derrick of Chiefs Digest joins Farzin to discuss the biggest Chiefs news this week. Matt also sheds light on why the Chiefs are starting on the road the first two weeks of the season.
Farzin discusses the addition of defensive end Jeremiah Attaochu and what he brings to Kansas City’s defense. Farzin shares Earl Thomas’ detailed story about almost becoming a Chief and why he backed out. Movie director Stu Stone joins Farzin to discuss his newly released documentary, Jack of all Trades, which is about the popularity of baseball cards in the 80s and 90s. Stu also shares a very cool story about Travis Kelce, and the only NFL game he’s ever attended, which was a Chiefs game. Outside of discussing the documentary, Stu touches on his professional wrestling career, his relationship with Bob Saget and Jamie Kennedy, plus a really funny story about a TV show he was on as a kid, and much more.
Mel Kiper Jr. predicts who the Kansas City Chiefs will take with their first four draft picks in the first three rounds. Farzin points out an interesting name that Kiper has going to KC. Matt Stagner from Arrowhead Pride joins the podcast to discuss the defense, expectations from Patrick Mahomes, the running position, plus whether Jamaal Charles is a Hall of Famer.
Jamaal Charles said in an interview with TMZ that he belongs in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Farzin goes over Charles’ numbers and explains whether Charles can get in. Film analyst Daniel Harms of Arrowhead Guys joins Farzin to discuss the 4-3 defensive conversion and how some of the returning Chiefs will do, plus which defense player the team could draft. Plus, Antonio Brown stirs the pot with a former teammate.
