Shannon Miller is a rare woman. She is deeply empathic that matches well with her connection to helping people. While it was not dormant it blossomed with the tragic loss of her young daughter.

She made the choice not to stay in darkness but to step into the light, to share insights and a path with others. She explains, "I honored my grief and allowed myself to feel all the feelings that come with pain and sorrow, and then began taking steps towards healing."

Traci really gets into things. With a degree in science, her hero was Chris Hatfield, she easily sees how things work.

Traci is this wonderful mix of science and fantasy. She will get an idea in her head like " a mermaid tail looks cool, I should make one" then her science side takes over until aesthetics are needed. How she got to this optimistic, the world is joy point in her life is fascinating, of course.

Virginia Muzquiz is a pretty bold woman. You get struck by her over the top enthusiasm, energy, and optimism. It is a rush talking to her in person. She easily gets into deep, questioning debates. Share Munoz, her unique deep roots as a ranchhand's daughter on a BC ranch far from anyone gave her a solid start. She grew up fearless; independent on her own feet. At four years she climbed on the back of an ornery bull that then wandered around. 

It's not so much that she has no fear, its that she does not see things as being fearful. 

From the ranch, she learned self-reliance, the value of a hard day's work, problem-solving and her big one, there is always a way around any problem.

In that vein, she left school at 16 to start her successful horse training company, toured North America. A tragedy that literally brought her to her knees changed all that. A story you have to hear. 

As a lesson in today's COVID19 crisis, she pivoted, dramatically. 

She now helps others tell their stories, shines a light on them with her husband and partner, Fran.

In the conversation, you will see her value in listening, really listening, to people, shine. Share's cornerstone values are visibly in play, they are values to emulate.

Grace Yan is a woman with unique visions and drive. She opens how her desire to play piano at 10 started with an 80-year-old legendary teacher. Her discipline from that start, her early embracing of failure as growth became her foundation.
