My friend Zoe joins me as we discuss our manifestations of what we believe and want the year 2023 to be like. As we look back upon 2022, we pick apart the good and bad of what has happened and what we've taken into the new year.

Last episode I spoke about mental health and suicide amongst the people that seem to be the happiest. This episode, the first of 2023, I'm happy to be joined by my friend Kyrsten Pringle who volunteered her time at a suicide prevention center. We talk about what goes into that process, how she took care of herself through it all and what lessons she took with her.

With everything happening surrounding Stephen Boss 'tWitch', I felt I needed to share my thoughts. My heart is devastated and in denial. My hope is that encouragement is found in what's said.

Piggybacking off of what we discussed last week on gender roles, Zoe and I elaborate further. We question whether women are set up for failure, whether they're held up to a hire standard of what we as a society expect men to do, and finally push those 'gender norms' a bit more.

Zoe Reese and I discuss the differences between men and women. But approach it from an angle that most generations before us did not. We talk about whether or not women take it too far to be pro woman or if men are butt hurt by the shift in gender roles. Surprise appearances by Paul Newman and Court Culver join in the conversation to push back and/or agree with us.

In our second episode I am joined by the fabulous Zoe Reese and Court Culver. We sit down to discuss the intricacies of our own faith but also how we view religion in America.
