He recommends prioritizing mitochondrial support (SS-31/MOTS-c, NAD, plus a “five amino D”), then adding growth-hormone secretagogues (CJC and ipamorelin) and recovery/healing peptides (BPC, TB, GHK, KPV), with mention of “RTA” and titration to find a personal sweet spot. He stresses getting bloodwork, keeping testosterone in the highest manageable normal range and estrogen normal, being cautious with clinics using seed-oil-based testosterone and AIs, and suggests Masteron as an alternative.
