As customers of Silicon Valley banks were panicking over their deposits, it was pretty evident that they should have withdrawn when the stock was starting to decline quite steeply. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that a feeling bank by lead to a situation where your deposits may not be safe. This is why a percentage of the population questions why The US government bailed out all customers. It just sets a wrong precedent for other banks to operate in a way that is not in the interest for their customers.
