Mental, physical and spiritually. With the levels of hate going on it’s time to make you a priority. Remember you can’t take care of anyone if you’re not well. Today we thank our Veterans and introduce an old friend and I use that word loosely !

We discuss how do couples manage home life responsibilities should we have separate bank accounts? Who is the neat freak ? Are you spoiled? Should you require more from your partner in a shared household? Hmmmm .

We had a special guest with us tonight Angie our good friend from childhood to discuss this topic and what we have learned from this episode is that sometimes regrets can have a nightmare effect on your life.
