How do you make new friends? There is one key ingredient required for all great friendships and that is energy. Friendships require you to invest your time and energy, but that isn't it.  It also requires you to get out of your comfort zone let go of your judgement of others. In this episode I will share the challenges in encountered in making new friends, highlighting my greatest learnings, so to that you can get out into the world and build your tribe.
