This episode is to remind you that you matter. Please extend your mothering love to yourself. You always make sure your kids have snacks and water. You prioritise their sleep, play and meet all of their needs. It’s brilliant and loving AND that net of care needs to extend to YOU!You CAN live off your children’s crumbs and leftovers but just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. I know I’ve definitely fallen into the habit at times of making sure the kids are sorted food wise and have full drink bottles while walking out the door with absolutely nothing for myself. Time is a precious commodity when you’re busy but SO ARE YOU
