I spoke with two founders of Victory Racing Team, Gene Frerichs and Joel Powell. Their CVMA team consists of individuals from different ages, bike classes, and experience levels. Gene & Joel met at the track and while racing motorcycles together about three years ago. They also started a company, called VBoost, to help pay for racing.
