This movie is the perfect slasher comedy. It's not scary at all but it's still a classic must-watch.

A Dark Song (2016) directed by Liam Gavin focuses on grieving mother Sophie (Catherine Walker) and alcoholic occultist Joseph (Steve Oram) as they sequester themselves in an isolated house in the middle of nowhere to complete the mythical Abramelin Ritual. Despite the risks though, nothing is what it seems with either of them as they venture deeper and deeper into this difficult, painstaking and ultimately, catastrophic journey, that forces them to face each of their inner demons once and for all.
