“Life is a constant juggling act. But if the Eucharist becomes a dispensable part of the juggle, then something is missing in our understanding of what Jesus is doing.
The invitation is simple. As you consider your lives- the anxieties that you hold, the goals that you set, the hierarchy of values which determine your decisions… do they reflect belief in the Eucharist for all that it is? The source at the summit of the Christian life. Or is it something less? A free handout you get for coming, a lollipop for visiting the barber, or just one good among many.
We’re all here seeking- but knowing what we are seeking, what Christ is offering- that’s the magic.”
